Deb Seneca is a stay-at-home mother of two kids and a dog, and wife of husband Jim. She has been very involved in her community and the lives of her kids.
Deb is currently serving as a council member for the Borough of Paxtang. She started an annual event called “Cookies and Crafts with the Mayor” and initiated the Borough's first annual Fourth of July parade. She is active in her kids' school's PTO, helps coach her kids' soccer and baseball teams, and helps with vacation bible school. In addition to Patriot Camp 2010, she organized and ran the “Take Your Kids to Vote” and the “Send a Christmas Card to a Soldier” events, sponsored by Patriot Camp. She also hosts a monthly Patriot Club for adults to continue their education about our country.
Deb feels that our country's history is not only important to know, but incredibly interesting! She knows that kids will enjoy it too and build love for their country and patriotism while they learn. She also feels that building relationships is vitally important to our future. Patriot Camp does all of these things, not just for the kids, but for the parents who volunteer to help as well.
Deb is a graduate of Penn State University and Shippensburg State University with degrees in civil engineering and psychology.
